Genuine role to join a rapidly expanding aerospace and defense company as a highly qualified and security-minded Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager to lead the company’s COMSEC program. This role is responsible for ensuring the safeguarding, accountability, and control of all COMSEC materials and devices, in strict compliance with NSA, DoD, CNSSI, and federal regulations.

Headlines:
- Manage and administer the company’s COMSEC program in compliance with NSA, DoD 5220.22-M, CNSSI 4000 series, and NISPOM requirements.
- Serve as COMSEC Custodian, responsible for the secure receipt, control, storage, distribution, and destruction of COMSEC keying material and equipment.
- Maintain meticulous inventory and accounting records for all COMSEC assets using EKMS/KMI systems.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for COMSEC handling, incident response, reporting, and audits.
- Provide COMSEC training and awareness programs for staff and designate/train an Alternate COMSEC Custodian.
- Investigate and report COMSEC incidents, compromises, or violations, coordinating with NSA/DoD for resolution.
